These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all games, applications, websites, and related services provided by Vantage DigiForge (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using any Vantage DigiForge Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

Users under the age of digital consent in their region may only use our Services with parental permission or within child‑directed experiences designed to comply with COPPA, the Google Play Families Policy, and other child‑privacy regulations.

3. License to Use the Services

Vantage DigiForge grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non‑commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our Services unless such restrictions are prohibited by law or you have received written permission from us.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, artwork, characters, game mechanics, and software, remain the exclusive property of Vantage DigiForge and its licensors.

4. Virtual Items and In‑App Purchases

Some Services may offer virtual items, in‑game currency, or premium features available for purchase. These items have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Service unless explicitly permitted. All purchases are final and non‑refundable except where required by law or platform policy. We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by children or third parties; parents and guardians are encouraged to use device‑level purchase controls.

5. User Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to use our Services responsibly and refrain from engaging in behaviour that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or disruptive to other users. You may not exploit bugs, cheat, use unauthorized third‑party tools, or interfere with the normal operation of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that threatens the integrity or safety of our Services.

6. Content You Submit

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or user‑generated content, you grant Vantage DigiForge a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, and incorporate such content into our Services without obligation to compensate you. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of others and does not contain unlawful or harmful material.

Your use of our Services is also governed by the Vantage DigiForge Global Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein. We take special care to protect children’s privacy and safety. Child‑directed experiences comply with COPPA, the Google Play Families Policy, and other global child‑privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent, nor do we permit personalized advertising in child‑directed Services. 9. Third‑Party Services and Links

Accessing third‑party links is done at your own discretion and risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately, and you must cease all use of the Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
