This Privacy Policy applies to all Vantage DigiForge Services, including mobile games, websites, online features, and any tools or systems connected to our products. We take privacy seriously and comply with a broad range of international privacy regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Brazilian Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, among others.
For GDPR purposes, Vantage DigiForge acts as the Data Controller for all personal information collected through our Services. We process your information only for legitimate purposes, and we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data is handled securely and lawfully.
We collect only the information necessary to operate, maintain, and improve our Services. Information may be collected automatically through your device or voluntarily when you interact with us. Automatically collected information may include device model, operating system version, hardware identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address (which may be truncated or anonymized), coarse location inferred from network data, crash logs, diagnostic information, gameplay activity, session duration, feature usage, and in‑app purchase history.
If you contact us directly—for example, through email or support forms—we may collect information such as your email address, your name (if provided), and the content of your communication. We do not collect sensitive categories of information such as health data, biometric identifiers, political opinions, religious beliefs, or precise GPS location. We also do not access your photos, contacts, or files unless explicitly required for a feature and only with your permission.
Your information is used to operate our Services, enhance performance, and ensure a secure and enjoyable user experience. This includes enabling gameplay features, maintaining account‑related functionality, analysing performance metrics, identifying and resolving technical issues, detecting fraudulent or abusive behaviour, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
Where advertising is present, your information may be used to deliver contextual or personalized advertising, depending on your region and device settings. We also use aggregated and anonymized data to understand trends, improve game design, and evaluate the effectiveness of updates, events, and features. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information except where necessary to operate our Services, comply with legal obligations, or where you have provided explicit consent. Information may be shared with trusted third‑party service providers who support analytics, crash reporting, advertising delivery, cloud hosting, and other essential operational functions. These partners are contractually required to protect your information, use it only for the purposes specified, and comply with applicable privacy laws.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vantage DigiForge, our users, or the public.
Our Services integrate with third‑party technologies that may collect or process information as part of their normal operation. These services include analytics platforms, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, and backend infrastructure providers. Each third‑party service maintains its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle your data.
The third‑party services that may collect or process data through our apps include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Remote Config, Google Play Services, Google AdMob and Google Ads, Unity Ads, Porkbun (email forwarding), Google Sites (website hosting), and Google Fonts (remote font loading).
You may review their privacy policies at the following links:

Google Ads: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity Ads: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
These partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage information, and diagnostic data to support their respective services.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including providing our Services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Support‑related communications are retained only as long as needed to address your inquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will take reasonable steps to comply with your request unless retention is required by law.
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including Australia, the United States, the European Union, and other regions where our service providers operate. These locations may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. We ensure that international transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses, encryption, and other safeguards to protect your information.
Vantage DigiForge is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible digital environment for children and families. We recognise that young users require heightened privacy protections, and we take this responsibility seriously across all Services that may be accessed by or directed toward children. This section explains how we handle children’s data, the safeguards we apply, and the rights available to parents and guardians under applicable laws.
Certain Vantage DigiForge applications are designed for general audiences, while others may be suitable for or intentionally directed toward younger users. In all cases, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and the age‑appropriate data protection requirements of the GDPR, LGPD, the Australian Privacy Act, and other global regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of digital consent in their region—typically 13 years old in the United States and many other jurisdictions, 16 years old in parts of the European Union, and varying ages elsewhere—unless a parent or legal guardian has provided verifiable consent. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without the necessary consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
When a Vantage DigiForge Service is intended for children, or when a child‑directed experience is offered within a general‑audience app, we design the experience to limit data collection to what is strictly necessary for the functioning of the Service. We do not request or require children to provide personal details such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, or any form of sensitive information. Any information that is collected is limited to device‑level technical data essential for security, performance, or core gameplay functionality, and is handled in accordance with the strictest privacy standards.
We do not permit behavioural or personalised advertising in child‑directed experiences. Any advertising that appears in these environments is restricted to contextual formats that do not rely on tracking identifiers, profiling, or cross‑app behavioural signals. Only SDKs and third‑party technologies that have been approved for use in child‑directed apps under the Google Play Families Policy are integrated into these experiences. These partners are contractually obligated to comply with all relevant child‑privacy laws and are prohibited from using children’s data for any purpose beyond the operation and safety of the Service.
Parents and guardians maintain full control over any information that may be collected from their child. If a parent believes that their child has provided personal information without their consent, or if they wish to review, correct, or request deletion of any information associated with their child’s use of our Services, they may contact us at admin@vantagedigiforge.com. Upon receiving such a request, we will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requesting adult and respond promptly in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We are committed to ensuring that any data collected inadvertently or without proper consent is removed swiftly and securely.
We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s digital experiences. While we design our Services to be safe, compliant, and respectful of children’s privacy, parental involvement remains an important part of ensuring that young users engage with technology responsibly. Where appropriate, we may provide additional in‑app notices, simplified child‑friendly explanations, or parental dashboards to help families understand how data is used within our Services.
Vantage DigiForge remains committed to continuously reviewing and improving our practices to ensure that children’s information is handled with the highest level of care. As privacy regulations evolve and new technologies emerge, we will update our policies and internal procedures to maintain compliance and uphold our commitment to protecting young users.
Depending on your region, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, object to certain processing activities, or request data portability. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although Vantage DigiForge does not sell personal information.
You may also disable personalized advertising through your device settings or through the privacy controls provided by Google Play. To exercise any privacy rights, you may contact us at admin@vantagedigiforge.com.
Uninstalling a Vantage DigiForge app immediately stops all data collection from that app. Any permissions previously granted are revoked by your device. You may also unsubscribe from newsletters or promotional communications at any time by following the instructions provided in those messages. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
We implement a range of technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure servers, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your information, no system can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to take appropriate precautions when using digital services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. In cases where changes materially affect your rights or how your information is handled, we may provide additional notice through in‑app messages, website updates, or other communication channels.
